MY Home has stopped/keeps stopping

Clearing App Data

Clearing App Data will also clear all usage data.

Sometimes when the RITA system experiences an error or when the device suddenly loses power it may cause RITAs internal app data to become corrupted.

This can be resolved with the following steps:

  1. SettingsFind the "Settings" application in the All Apps page of the Launcher.

  2. Select "Apps" or "Apps & Notifications".
  3. If "MY Home" appears at the top select it, otherwise find it in the list.
  4. Select "Storage"
  5. Press "Clear Data" and confirm any prompt.
  6. Attempt to open MY Home as usual.
